No.
Fridge It Logistics SA Pty Ltd is not a common carrier and shall accept no liability as such. All goods carried, transported and/or stored and all services provided by the company subject only to our Terms and Conditions of Contract.

What is a full pallet?
- Pallets are not to exceed 1.5m in height
- Do not exceed 650kg
- Pallets over the above criteria will be charged as a double pallet receival
- Pallets are to be wrapped securely with no overhang
- Pallets are to be labelled in 2 sides
Does your fleet have tailgate vehicles?
Fridge It have a number of vehicles with tailgates.
When can I place a booking for guaranteed next day pickup or delivery?

Do you handle containers?
Yes we do, from collection, storage, unpacking and distribution, we do it all.
What are Fridge It's critical limits?
Fridge It critical limits for stock are;
- Fruit & Veg and confectionery -1°C to 15°C
- Cold product & meat carcass -6°C to 5°C
- Pharmaceuticals 2°C to 8°C
- Frozen -18°C to -25°C or knock test
- Dry is dry
If your products are not in line with these temperature ranges please advise Fridge It in writing of your critical limits and any particular considerations.
What is your pallet management?
Pallet exchange or transfer can be facilitated on either CHEP or LOSCAM pallets.
Unbranded pallets will not be exchanged but can be returned or disposed of at an additional cost.
